DO-IT-YOURSELF LOAN MODIFICATION
The Do-It-Yourself Loan Modification program was researched and devised by the staff at the Center for Litigation & Consumer Real Estate Education. As consumer advocates, we see the need to offer such a program to anyone interested in a loan modification. Like most do-it-yourself projects, it does take some work and very little reliance on a real estate professional, however, we have every confidence that the following program will steer you toward success while saving you money. Please be advised that we can not guarantee success with every outcome. This is strictly a do-it-yourself program. We are merely providing the tools to assist you.
If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact by clicking on the email link at the bottom of this page. Because of the volume of people interested in this program, we encourage you to contact us by email, but your phone calls are always welcome.
If you have any difficulty when “clicking,” downloading or printing these forms, please email us (see link at bottom of this page) or telephone us with your fax number or mailing address and we will be happy to send these forms to you.

This index highlights the 31% affordability plan under the new Making Home Affordable plan (www.MakingHomeAffordable.gov). This affordability index is for your reference only and is not needed to complete the loan modification. The standards are only guidelines set forth by the Obama administration’s economic advisors.
